Section 1
Acceptance of Terms
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute the entire and exclusive legal agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and berbd ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the berbd website at https://berbd.net, its mobile-optimised interface, all games and betting markets offered thereon, payment processing services, promotional programmes, customer support services, and any other features or content made available through the berbd platform (collectively, "the Services").
By completing the account registration process, by clicking any "I Agree", "Accept", "Confirm" or equivalent button presented during registration or deposit, by making a deposit into your berbd account, or by placing any wager on any game or sports market offered by berbd, you conclusively represent and warrant that:
- You have read these Terms in their entirety and understand their content;
- You agree to be legally bound by these Terms and all documents incorporated herein by reference, including berbd's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy;
- You meet all eligibility requirements set out in Section 2 of these Terms;
- You are acting on your own behalf as an individual, not as an agent, representative, or nominee of any third party;
- The funds you deposit are from a legitimate source and are not the proceeds of any unlawful activity.
If you do not accept these Terms in full, you are not authorised to access or use the berbd platform and must immediately discontinue any attempt to register an account or use the Services.
Section 2
Eligibility & Age Restriction
Access to the berbd platform and participation in any game, betting market, or promotional programme is strictly limited to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuous basis throughout their use of the Services:
- Age: You must be at least 18 years of age. berbd is an 18+ only platform. Persons under the age of 18 are strictly prohibited from registering an account, making a deposit, placing any wager, or otherwise accessing the Services in any capacity.
- Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction of residence.
- Not Self-Excluded: You must not be subject to a current self-exclusion order placed through berbd or any third-party responsible gaming programme through which berbd participates.
- Not a berbd Employee: You must not be a current employee, contractor, officer, director, or immediate family member of any of the above of berbd or any of its affiliated entities, game providers, or payment partners where participation in real-money gaming would constitute a conflict of interest.
- Single Account: You must not already hold a registered berbd account. Multiple accounts per individual are strictly prohibited and will result in account closure and forfeiture of balances as described in Section 8.
Age Verification
berbd takes its obligation to prevent underage gambling with the utmost seriousness. During the account registration process and prior to the processing of any withdrawal request, berbd will request identity verification documents sufficient to confirm the player's name, date of birth, and address. Acceptable documents include a National Identity Card (NID), passport, or birth certificate issued by a competent Bangladeshi authority, accompanied by a recent utility bill or bank statement confirming current address.
If a player is found to be under the age of 18 at any point during their use of the berbd platform, their account will be closed immediately, all pending withdrawals will be cancelled, and all funds in the account will be returned to the source payment method after deduction of any transaction costs incurred. berbd reserves the right to retain winnings generated during a period of underage use.
Section 3
Account Registration & Verification
To access the real-money features of the berbd platform, you must complete the account registration process in full and provide accurate, current, and complete information as requested. berbd operates a strict one account per player policy. The registration of duplicate accounts, whether under the same name, email address, device, IP address, or payment method, constitutes a breach of these Terms.
Information Required at Registration
You will be required to provide the following information during the registration process:
- Full legal name as it appears on your government-issued identity document;
- Date of birth;
- Current residential address in Bangladesh (including division, district, and upazila);
- Active mobile phone number registered in your name in Bangladesh;
- Valid email address to which you have exclusive access;

You represent and warrant that all information provided at registration and at any point thereafter is truthful, accurate, and complete. berbd reserves the right to require updated documentation at any time to confirm the accuracy of information on record.
Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification
berbd applies a Know Your Customer verification process consistent with responsible platform operations. KYC verification is mandatory before any withdrawal is processed from a new account and may be triggered at any time by berbd's compliance team in response to account activity that warrants review. The standard KYC documentation required includes a clear photograph or scanned copy of a valid National Identity Card or passport, and a recent utility bill or bank statement dated within the previous three months confirming the registered address.
Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe specified in berbd's request will result in the suspension of withdrawal functionality until verification is completed. Extended non-compliance with a KYC request may result in account closure in accordance with Section 8 of these Terms.
Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your berbd account credentials, including your username and password. berbd strongly recommends the use of a unique, complex password that is not used for any other online service. You must notify berbd's support team immediately at [email protected] if you suspect that your account credentials have been compromised. berbd will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to maintain the security of your login credentials.
Section 4
Deposits & Withdrawals
All financial transactions on the berbd platform are conducted exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). berbd does not charge fees on deposits or standard withdrawals; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges, for which berbd accepts no responsibility.
Accepted Payment Methods
berbd currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment channels:

Deposit Limits & Processing Times

berbd's withdrawal approval process includes a standard compliance review. First-time withdrawals from a new account require completed KYC verification before the withdrawal can be approved. Subsequent withdrawals from a fully verified account are subject only to the standard fraud and anti-money-laundering screening applicable to all transactions.
Anti-Money Laundering
berbd maintains strict anti-money laundering controls in accordance with responsible platform operating standards. Deposits that cannot be matched to a verified payment source may be returned to the source without being credited to the player's account. Withdrawals that trigger AML review thresholds will be held pending investigation. berbd reserves the right to file reports with relevant authorities where transactions are identified as potentially suspicious, without notifying the account holder where such notification would be legally inappropriate.
Section 5
Bonuses & Promotions

Wagering Requirements

Eligible Games

Bonus Abuse
berbd actively monitors for patterns of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: registering multiple accounts to claim the same promotion more than once; using bonus funds exclusively on games that carry a low house edge for the purpose of meeting wagering requirements at minimal risk; coordinating with other players to exploit bonus terms; and providing false information to qualify for a promotion. Any player found to be engaging in bonus abuse will have their bonus balance and associated winnings voided, and their account may be suspended or closed in accordance with Section 8.

Game Rules & Fairness

Malfunctions
In the event of a technical malfunction, software error, or communication failure that affects the normal operation of any game or betting market, berbd reserves the right to void any bets or game rounds affected by the malfunction and return the relevant stakes to players' accounts. Winnings generated during a confirmed technical malfunction will not be honoured. berbd will not be liable for any loss or inconvenience arising from a technical malfunction beyond the return of the affected stake.
Section 7
Prohibited Conduct
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the berbd platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of account balance, and where appropriate, reporting to relevant authorities:
- Fraud and Misrepresentation: Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information at registration, during KYC verification, or in any communication with berbd's support team;
- Multiple Account Operation: Registering, operating, or having access to more than one berbd account, whether under the same or different personal details;
- Underage Access: Accessing or using the platform if you are under the age of 18, or allowing or facilitating access by a person under 18;
- Money Laundering: Using the berbd platform in any manner intended to conceal, convert, or transfer funds derived from unlawful activity, or to assist any person in doing so;
- Bonus Abuse: Exploiting promotional offers through the use of multiple accounts, collusion, or any other scheme designed to circumvent the intended purpose of a bonus or promotion;
- Collusion: Cooperating or communicating with other players during games or betting events in a manner designed to gain an unfair advantage, share information, or guarantee returns;
- Use of Automated Tools: Employing bots, scripts, artificial intelligence, automated betting software, or any other automated system to interact with the berbd platform in place of genuine human play;
- Chargebacks: Filing fraudulent payment disputes or chargebacks with a payment provider in relation to legitimate, authorised transactions processed by berbd;
- Interference with Platform Integrity: Attempting to access, probe, or compromise berbd's servers, databases, software, security systems, or communications infrastructure by any means.
berbd employs real-time monitoring systems to detect prohibited conduct. Players suspected of engaging in any of the above activities may have their account suspended while an investigation is conducted. During any investigation, berbd may place a hold on the account balance. If prohibited conduct is confirmed, berbd reserves the right to apply any or all of the remedies described in Section 8.
Section 8
Account Suspension & Closure
berbd reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion in any of the following circumstances:
- Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions;
- Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period following a formal request;
- Confirmed or suspected engagement in any prohibited conduct as described in Section 7;
- Discovery that the player does not meet the eligibility criteria set out in Section 2;
- Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the account holder;
- Identification of indicators of problem gambling that, in berbd's reasonable assessment, make continued account operation contrary to the player's best interests;
- A legal or regulatory obligation requiring berbd to restrict the player's access to the platform;
- Extended account inactivity as described below.
Voluntary Closure
Players who wish to close their berbd account voluntarily may do so by contacting the support team at [email protected] or by using the account closure tool in the Account Settings section of the platform. Upon receipt of a voluntary closure request, berbd will process any pending withdrawal of the account balance to the player's verified payment method before closing the account. Voluntary closure does not affect the player's right to re-register in the future, unless the closure was processed as a self-exclusion request.
Inactive Account Policy
An account is considered inactive if there has been no login, deposit, withdrawal, or wagering activity for a continuous period of twelve months. berbd will notify the account holder by email before applying an inactivity status to the account. An administrative fee of ৳200 per month may be deducted from the account balance for each month of continued inactivity after the initial notice period. If the balance reaches zero, the account will be closed. Players who reactivate their account by logging in prior to closure will have the inactivity fee waived from the point of reactivation.
Consequences of Closure for Breach
Where an account is closed due to a confirmed breach of these Terms, berbd reserves the right to void all pending and unsettled bets, cancel any active bonus balances, and retain any funds in the account where those funds are directly linked to fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or money laundering. Where funds in the account are not linked to any breach, berbd will use reasonable efforts to return those funds to the verified source payment method after deducting any documented costs associated with the investigation.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, berbd's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with the Services — whether arising in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise — is limited to the total value of deposits made by the player into their berbd account during the twelve-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. berbd will not be liable for any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity, arising from the use of or inability to use the Services.
Nothing in these Terms limits berbd's liability for death or personal injury arising from negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
General Provisions
Additional Terms & Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions, together with the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy incorporated herein by reference, constitute the entire agreement between the player and berbd with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersede all prior agreements, understandings, representations, and warranties, whether written or oral, relating to the same subject matter.
If any provision of these Terms is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision will be deemed severed from the remainder of the Terms, which will continue in full force and effect. berbd's failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to online services and digital transactions in Bangladesh. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through berbd's internal dispute resolution process shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Dhaka, Bangladesh.
All communications from berbd to the player will be sent to the email address registered on the player's account. Players are responsible for keeping their registered email address current and for regularly checking for communications from berbd. Notices sent to the registered email address are deemed received within 24 hours of dispatch.
